The tiers are guidelines — not rigid boxes. If your needs are smaller, simpler, or your budget is tighter than these ranges, we'll scope something that works for you. Can I upgrade tiers mid-project?

Yes. If we discover during scoping that you need more than initially planned, we'll show you the cost difference and let you decide whether to expand scope or stick with the original plan.

What happens after the included support period ends?

Your automation keeps running — it's yours. If you want ongoing monitoring, updates, or expansion, you can add a retainer. If you just need occasional help, we offer one-off support at $175/hour.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. For Professional and Enterprise tiers, we offer 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. For larger engagements, we can structure milestone-based payments. Just ask during the audit call.

What if the automation doesn't work as expected?

We guarantee functionality. If something doesn't work as scoped, we fix it at no charge during the support period. If requirements change after launch, we treat it as new development (billable or covered by retainer).
