What's the difference between Fixed-Price Packages and Custom Integrations?

Fixed-Price Packages are pre-built, ready-to-deploy bundles — you choose a tier and we set it up. They're great for businesses that want a clear, known set of tools (chatbot, calendar, leads, voice) running fast. Custom Integrations are scoped around your specific workflows. If you have unique systems, complex logic, or needs that go beyond what a package covers, we build it from scratch to fit exactly what you need.

Do I need a retainer if I buy a one-time project?

No. Every Custom Integration tier includes post-launch support (30–90 days depending on tier). The Support Retainer is optional for businesses that want ongoing optimization, new features, or peace of mind that someone's watching the system.

Can I cancel a Fixed-Price Package anytime?

Yes. Monthly packages are month-to-month — no long-term contracts. You keep everything we've set up; the monthly fee covers ongoing hosting, updates, and support for the tools in your package.

Can I upgrade from a package to a Custom Integration?

Absolutely. Many clients start with a Fixed-Price Package to get tools running fast, then add a custom integration when they're ready to automate deeper workflows. We'll scope the custom work to complement what you already have.

What happens after the included support period ends on a Custom Integration?

Your automation keeps running — it's yours. If you want ongoing monitoring, updates, or expansion, you can add a Support Retainer. If you just need occasional help, we offer one-off support at $175/hour.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. For Professional and Enterprise tiers, we offer 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. For larger engagements, we can structure milestone-based payments. Just ask during the discovery call.

What if the automation doesn't work as expected?

We guarantee functionality. If something doesn't work as scoped, we fix it at no charge during the support period. If requirements change after launch, we treat it as new development (billable or covered by retainer).
